It seems QF mix and match their food offerings on their various F flights. Many of the items on your menus appeared on my recent F flights on QF also.

I agree about the window shades. I sit in window seats because I like to look out the window not look at a window shade.

LGW has the pre check-in dragons also for AA flights who give you the third degree. Sometimes you just want to say 'Oh and I have Corn Flakes for breakfast too'.

Interestingly enough flying AA out of LHR you don't get the same inquisition.

Perhaps DFW is the common denominator here.
