If I want hot bfast and massage, must I enter the UK
All - flying JFKLHR/LHRCDG later this month in F. As I recall, it is best to enter the UK in order to visit the arrival lounge for breakfast and possibly take a shower/massage. Is this still the case, or as an F/Gold pax transiting are there sufficient lounge options airside at T4? I also assume the CR is only for DEPARTING long-haul F pax, is this right?

Guidance is appreciated.
