Sort of still on topic, doesn't NW still have pax versions of the 742 in use out of NRT?

BTW, NRT-GUM on flt 81/82 is a 757 and 77/78 NRT-SPN is a 757 also. I'm not sure what the status of Saipan is these days, but Guam is still US soil. This means that the NRT based 757's probably do all cycle to the US occasionally, just not in the sense of "mainland" US.
