"Mama's" Potato Salad

I have no idea actual amounts of things. All done on taste

Potaotes
Bacon
Bacon drippings
mayo
salt
green onions
hard boiled eggs
salt
pepper
Creole Mustard (not the crappy stuff)

Hmm...makes me wanna go make some...yummy!
