Any suggestions if a similar thing happened to me (MP somehow got my return RSW-DCA, but not the DCA-RSW initial leg!), but unfortunately I didn't even notice until after a cleaning binge had already taken my boarding pass. Do I have any hope? I'd really like those miles, every year I do *almost* enough to get Premier Exec....would like to hit it this year (though the number of flights I"m having to take on Northwest to Minneapolis may stop me)
