Isn't this a great feature? It even happens if you later take the mileage upgrade off the reservation entirely. Afterwards, if you try to change to a different flight, you get the same reward availability screen with 0 availability! Somehow continental.com thinks the reservation was one that you booked entirely using miles. On the other hand, it doesn't show even EasyPass availability in the erroneous screen. It seems as if the reservation is eternally damned.
