Yes, there are small cubicles that you can use to nap in. Let the lounge staff know and they should wake you up for your flight.

Yes, two showers, but they are hellishly busy at that time of day (inbound connections from the US). You may have an extended wait, if you are unlucky. (so if you see and empty shower, take your chance)

Well, I'm not a RTW expert, but I don't think non-OW operated codeshares are allowed.
