On the Swiss website booking section it seems they haven't changed anything yet. The miles (2000, not 1000) are still only advertised for flights ex other countries but not Switzerland. I assume this is a change that should be in place since the new timetable came into effect (yesterday, 27.10.). Probably it will take them a few days before they change the booking system.
I would ask for the 1000 miles after Novembers statement posted for every online booking within the last six months. For bookings ex other countries, I would make sure that 2000 miles are posted as long as the advertisement in the booking section isn't changed to 1000. For the EZE bookings, 2000 miles should be awarded, since it's ex LON.
