Does Amex send you a card via regular US post?

I'm applying for a SPG Amex, with my regular US address. There's no one at home and I've got USPS Premium Forwarding Service for the next two months while I live elsewhere in the US during the summer. Will Amex send the new card via regular mail to my home address (ie. no signature required on receipt, which would work for me as it would get forwarded with my regular mail) or would they be willing to send it to my temporary hotel address?
