Am in the Hong Kong FIRST Lounge all by myself and have been for the past hour. There are a few people in the main lounge for Business Class next door.

OK, this is slightly O/T as I am waiting to board a Malaysia Airlines flight but MH uses the BA/QF lounge in Hong Kong so I think it is still valid to post this on the BA forum. Looks like all the BA/QF flights are morning and evening and it is only MH that uses the lounge around mid-day.

My moan is that MH has bothered laying on hot food in the main business lounge not in the FIRST Lounge. There are sandwiches, fruit, cheese and other stuff in the FIRST lounge but the rather nice fried rice, noodles, samosas, fishballs, congee are all in the main lounge so I have to go through and join the semi-unwashed

It will be interesting to see if I get any company on the plane. Had great check in service at the MH First counter with 2 very attentive people attending to me.

Anyone ever been in a lounge on their own for long periods of time?
