It appears AA is copying United (for a change) on forming this one world... Consider
a main rival for each member is a member of
Star Alliance (UA vs AA, AirCanada vs. Canadian, Cathay Pacific vs Thai... and Qantas vs. Ansett and Air New Zealand (who are expected to join Star Alliance in Jan, 1999.. RUDI please clarify if I am wrong.)

As for BA and Lufthansa... would they be
considered Rivals??? Both go worldwide and
serve Europe... Maybe. CATMAN
