I'm heading from BNE-MEL tonight for a weekend conference, and the meeting planners have booked a "G" class ticket. I found there was no OLCI option on the web last night, and when I called QF the agent eventually said the booking was for a group of 5 travellers (presumable meeting delegates on the same flight), which would require using the group checkin at BNE.
The agent suggested that QuickCheck might also not be available, though I hope that's not right (the booking certainly appears under "My Bookings")......
Last time I had a "G" class ticket (a 'mystery' flight to raise funds for the Good Friday Appeal), I was unable to use OLCI or the Quickcheck kiosk and I have to present myself to the Customer Servic helpdesk to sort everything our so I guess the agent is right.
