I am travelling extensively throughout Aust and NZ currently, since leaving the UK 2 weeks ago.

My BA flight to FRA posted immediately, but the QF flights since then to SIN, SYD, BNE and WLG (mostly in J) have all failed to post. BPs all showed my BAEC number and status. After waiting a week I submitted a claim on the BAEC site with ticket number, etc, and 2 days later I receive an email saying claim rejected due to flights already claimed and eligible miles and points posted. But they haven't! We are talking about 300 TP in total.

I suppose I'll have to get in touch with BAEC on my return but it is annoying. And one of the small pleasures of BAEC is watching the account grow, as you all know! Anyone else having this issue? Or suggestions how to proceed?

I'm not good with paperwork so am hoping I won't have to physically send old BPs off to the Club, if I can find them. Do luggage receips which show your flown route count as BPs, I know I have kept those as they are stuck to my passport?
