I forgot to mention that the person who booked my ticket through Orbitz was unable to select a seat for me, and I've never been able to select one online - even now, I can go online and look at the seat map and they're all greyed out as "reserved" except for the one I'm in. On other carriers I've flown with, all the unreserved seats, regardless of location, open up for selection during OLCI.

As for the wait time, I guess I'm just spoiled by AS.
