What a joke that Swiss won't tell us what the award levels are in the new program! Swiss has known this change would happen for some time which is why they have printing miles (2:1 SPG, 2:1 AMEX) like Brazil prints currency. I am absolutely certain the new program will be materially worse in terms of redemption levels! Call me a cynic, but doesn't it make complete sense? AMEX and SPG pay Swiss per point, Swiss induces lots of people to transfer points and then screws them by changing the program right after people transfer in the points and they collect the money. Those Swiss definitely are savvy.
