You'll get a good view of the capital and the cricket pitch if you sit on the AB side - but there is more of the island to see from the JK side as you approach.
If you are staying at Galley Bay sit on the AB side.
Or be really geeky - go onto Google Earth and find Antigua and you approach the airport from the south (ish) on approach..........
