Interesting, one of my flights which was booked by my prospective employer was a 'manual ticket' and I have the option of making special request but it would not let me change my flight (K class) or cancel my flight under 'Manage my Bookings'.

However, the other flights that I have booked directly with QF through the website would give me all of the aforementioned options.
