As I run my entire business over the internet, I’m perhaps I’m a little more demanding than most….but surely Koru Club is trying to attract business travellers who are both busy and technically savvy? After all they are SELLING a product here – so why make it so difficult?
Ok, I accept this is NZ, not the US..…but at least give me a fighting chance. Let me phone KC with my cc details or pay at an Air NZ shop so I can use my pin and see the payment being processed. I use my credit card A LOT and travel a lot. Unfortunately, I’ve had up to 20K fraudulently put on my card and while the money was refunded, i'm a little cautious about writing down my cc details anywhere - especially right next to my signature & address!
Anyway, rant over….. What can I do anyway? I like the Koru lounges too much.

So I’ll just have to meekly fill in their form and await the snail mail.
