I like this Hotel as stated but glad we have options in Kyoto. The Hotel has 500 plus rooms so with this new wing renovated I would expect more groups. The Lounge was packed every time there was a serving. The staff seems indifferent and certainly lacks what one would expect at a Japanese hotel. Of the Lounges we had this trip we both agree the Hilton Osaka was the best.
