If you want to sit facing the same way I would go for the last two in the centre as they face onto the bulkhead and have unimpeded aisle access. Personally though I would suggest a side block of two. Enjoy your trip Antigua is a really beautiful island.......
I don't really understand why people think couples want to use those middle seats. The window and aisle pair are far better - no one is sitting next to 'a stranger', at least one person doesn't have to climb over someone's feet, you have a choice of forward or backward and to be honest I find a conversation much much easier when facing my partner...those screens do go down you know!!!
