We used the new facility over the Holiday weekend, and it was relatively empty and everything went smoothly.

Depending on which route that you take to return the car, I found it easier to follow the posted signs from the tunnel. This is the same route that the bus takes from the airport, rather than following the printed directions in the pdf.@:-)
