Yes and also the FAs has to stay on their positions for a quick evacuation. Had this yesterday on my LH flight back from MCT to FRA with a stop at DOH. The purser told me, that it is cheaper there to fill up the plane than in MCT.
Maybe I should reclaim my fuel surcharge ?
