Does anyone here participate in Swiss Profit (formerly Company Profit?

(Swiss Profit is the corporate loyalty programme of Swiss Air Lines for businesses. You can collect Qualiflyer miles whilst at the same time accumulating Swiss Profit points.)

I signed both of my companies up with Swiss Profit in November 2001, and have yet to wait for one successful transaction. The Nov/Dec 2001 flight coupons still don't show up, although I have claimed them online at least three times. I also had several paid flights in the beginning of April which I have declared online to Swiss Profit and am still waiting for the points to come in. It says on the website that points credit can take up to eight weeks, but half a year seems a bit too long.

Any experiences or advice?
