@:-) I didn't even know Trenton had an airport (and I've lived in PHL for 25 years!) until I heard that DL was starting service there!
There is a large billboard advertising TTN on the part of I-95 that loops around Trenton -- I always wondered why because I had thought that there was no commercial service there. I am also under the impression that the ILG flights were started, in part, as a piece of a marketing campaign that DL is the only carrier to fly to all 50 states.

I could see how, if you live in Bucks County or in Princeton, there might be advantages to flying from TTN rather than EWR or PHL, just like if you live in Lansdale there could be advantages to flying out of ABE. Also, smaller airports can be convenient: I live about half an hour from PHL, but when we visit my parents in CLE, we prefer to fly out of ABE rather than PHL not just because it is cheaper but also because, once you get there, the airport is super convenient (no trouble at security, lots of space for kids to run around, no ATC delays, easy parking, no terminal F).
