Most of the airlines coming into MNL outsource all their services. QF only has 4 flights a week, all departing in the evening and the lounge is crowded for them, often they "overflow" into one of the others.

All the lounges need the wireless card. CX doesn't always work in my experience, SQ and QF give you a free card good for 1 hour, which mostly work, so I assume it's a hardware issue in the CX lounge as it's the same wireless provider.
