Return (approx. 9:30 pm on a Thurs) was somewhat more complicated, couldn't find a gas station at first (the facility seems to be new enough that gas stations haven't sprung up all around) and it took a little time to return the car.
There are 2 gas stations east on Warm Springs Road (which crosses Gilespie Street at the next crossing south of the rental car facility, ca. 50 yds away) in the direction of I-215, one of these just one block away
