:rant on:
So I don't necessarily care for the ICC but in general they haven't been too bad too me...but today I tried to use some PMO/DOLLAR certs to purchase a flight and it was such a pain in the a$*. I guess calling on memorial day meant almost all US based agents were off b/c I called like 5 times and each time got the ICC

Can't wait till 1P and don't have to worry as much about getting ICC...So I and my SO are going to fly a trip SFO-JFK then LGA-PWM then PWR-ORD-SFO.
Well, first off, couldn't get them to price this b/c LGA-PWM is on US and they don't allow certs with US flights...Well, let me take it back, it was almost purchased and THEN he said he couldn't do that. I explained the logic that I would just buy the one way fare separately and it wouldn't make a difference in the fare but he said he could not get a supervisor to override, so I go ahead with the rest of the itin and book the LGA-PWM online. Ok, so thought I would be ok. Turns out, because I had two vouchers he decided to split our PNRs even though I told him I wanted it all on a single PNR (at least my SO is a 2P as well). I've had this done with 2 vouchers w/o splitting in the past. Now, I can't even see the PNR on .bomb although I can see my SO's on her login. Call web support. They say since its a split PNR they can't have it shown on my itins (why i don't know). Had to have them manually chose seat assignments that are next to my SO that I did online, and can't ensure that I've been ticketed or submit upgrade requests online b/c of this. What a waste of my time, 45 mins on the phone to deal with this garbage when it would have taken me 5 mins on .bomb to do the same thing!!!
When are they going to:
A) come out with e-certs for CS vouchers
B) train their int'l call centers so they don't screw up simple reservations
C) get a clue about customer service. I'm using CS vouchers because THEY screwed up on an earlier flight so they tell me here's some money off for your trouble but it is almost as much trouble to use them and get worse CS than just buying the darn tickets on my own!
Really makes me wonder, when I move back to the NYC area in about a year who I'm going to be flying b/c my CS experiences with UA have not been excellent. :Rant Off:
