Any cutbacks visible in the F-Class lounge at ZRH? - No
Do they still let in onward F passengers in who are in transit to C-class flights? – Yes. Show them your F-Class Boarding Pass with your C-Class boarding pass for your European leg.
Any glaring changes to the in-flight catering and amenity packs? - Yes. Fewer dvd-movies; hand, eye and face lotion only if available.
Are they still doing cabin maintenance, or am I likely to find that the seats don't work? – Yes, they do cabin maintenance.
Finally, are the cabin crews showing the effects of it all in their attitude? – As always, there are excellent cabin crews and good cabin crews.</font>
Thanks for the excellent information!
Looks like they're still wanting to keep their F-Class passengers, which is good! Shame about the Amenity kits, they used to be quite cute, but I can bring my own DVD's anyway
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif, the key thing is that the service is still up to snuff!
Now got my tickets, travelling via ZRH to NRT, then back to ZRH, and home via LIS.
Anyone in ZRH on 24/25 Feb, or 8th Mar?
Any idea which lounge SR use for F-Class in Tokyo?
Cheers,
Ken.
