I do feel that Qualiflyer was a bit off the mark with their latest modifications. I would have at least appreciated a bit of warning, or a letter (none received so far).

After quite honestly years of flying, and hard earned basic Travelclub qualification, I turn up at Zürich Airport the other day, eager to extend the benefits to my mother, only to be refused entry. No such thing as "well, this time exceptionally, sir, but the next time, the rules are the rules". Unique Zurich Airport is simply.. unique in its inflexibility.

Geneva makes no such distinction as yet, and neither does Basel.
