I do agree with kurz that regarding the handling of Qualiflyer member airline miles, Qualiflyer has one of the more efficient systems in Europe. This applies for QF awards as well, as the ticket agents appear empowered to do more (issuing, rerouting, recrediting, etc.) than at other airlines where the mileage administration is completely separate. My experiences getting awards from Qualiflyer have always been pleasant and painless.
As for partner miles, some posts have suggested Qualiflyer did not show the same celerity in crediting them... They appear to batch-process some of those (especially the 'free' miles) at the end of a given period (two months?), although others have posted very quickly for me (Hertz, Swisscom...)
