I agree with slawecki, don't start with Qualiflyer as it's future is rather uncertain. If you don't mind changing flights somewhere in Germany (or Austria), then Miles&More seems a good choice, especially given their current triple mile / FTL for 20'000 promotion. Another attractive choice, albeit a bit complicated, is Finnair Plus. It enables you to collect miles on Crossair, LOT, BA, AA & all the other oneworld airlines.
