During my last flight I filed (as opposed to writing a letter to the Beauvais address) about a broken coach seat and received 5000 miles and an apology letter within 10 days. Not too bad ^
However, I still have to receive an answer on an complaint letter sent to Beauvais in January, about a series of service irregularities on a flight flown in P. I sent the letter again three weeks ago (could not fax it as the fax # would not work) but to no avail. Could it be that they don't care because it was reward travel?
