I'm staying here tonight, and all of the sudden in the middle of my TV show the fire alarm-an ear-splitting screech-starts blaring. I go downstairs with everyone else (some poor girl just had a towel on!), the FD comes and, while they are here, the fire alarm starts up again!

So that took around 30 minutes or so. Apparently, this is not the first time the fire alarms have gone off here.

Sounded like the FD thought it had something to do with the water pressure or something.

This was really, really annoying. No staff member actually apologized for the trouble. But this is something that may be out of their control.

Is this something to actually lodge a formal complaint with Hyatt? And should I ask for points for this?
