Yes. I experienced the same thing. I noticed the know me feature went down on Thursday night...following the storms at DFW. At first I couldn't reach ANY AA customer service number, not platinum, not the regular...nothing. Later that night, the phone system came back but the KNOW ME feature was gone.

I want it back!
