My point, noted in the link I posted earlier, was that you did get them on AA/AS/BA/CX/FI/IB/LA(+ affiliates)/QF/RJ. MA and JL seem to be holdouts, but it may be that there's something additional they have to do and that will be completed later.

While it may not be common in the other programs, it is common for AAdvantage.
