Unfortunately no. You can only redeem travel credit vouchers for flights.

This is all from personal experience. Mother purchased tickets about a year ago and couldn't fly because she was sick. Nothing could do about them except fly within the year. So she's leaving for RNO on Monday...

PS: Shouldn't you be on the beach?
