I decided to take a chance & fill it out. Afterwards I went to the guy's website. www.linescale.com Unless he's lying about who he does bizness w/, the patents pending, etc, sounds like it might be legit. There's even a line in there on one of the pages I read re: the repititive (ie, will you answer it the same). If the points post, great. If not, then just a few minutes wasted.
