This was a perfect route for me. There no later flight from Amsterdam to Newark than the one with Sabena (via Brussels). Since I hop over from the US to Holland in a weekend in a weekend from time to time, my weekend will become very short. Now I'll have to take the 13.50 flight to Zurich. Its a looong flight from there! If someone has any suggestions please tell.

BTW, yesterday I was at Newark airport and the checkin' people thought this was going to happen for some time now? Has anyone got a clue why? To me the plane (537/538) always seemed full.

Last thing : why are the TWO flights from newark to brussels this sunday evening ?

Very last thing: just got off the phone with Sabena. They told me the cancellation of the newar route is going to take place jun-july next year.
