"Quality Score" is one of the options by which you can sort the list of hotels. When you search for hotels and get a map and a list, the line right under the map says

Sort by: Availability | Quality Score | Brand | Rate | Proximity

It doesn't show you the raw scores, but lists the hotels from highest to lowest. (Again, keep in mind that inter-brand comparisons aren't very meaningful.) Hope that helps.
