There are no chains right nearby. Further, there's nowhere to walk from there. You might just want to grab a bite in the hotel restaurant and/or bar. To find something "more decent" for takeout, you might have to drive in areas you don't want to get lost in if you aren't familiar with the area. Also, you could find yourself tangled up in pre or post-game traffic (A's). You might want to ask the desk for a decent chinese place that delivers, etc. Down the freeway a few miles you'll be in San Leandro where there are options like you are looking for. Safe and easy to get to, but it sounds like you don't want to go very far or out at all.
