It's probably the case that any TSO's who stop and think realize that the liquid carnival is dumber than the shoe carnival, so they just don't care, or they are too lazy to do anything about it. However, those that are on a power trip or are attempting to impress the supervisor will stop at nothing to find a 3.5oz tube of toothpaste.
