Unfortunately, CO does not have so called "Challenge" or "Fast Track" program.
However, if you have elite status with other airline program, Continental will match that status, only once in lifetime.

Thanks for the welcome and link. I have silver from last year and will reach gold by August just looking for any opinions on making the jump for status on USAir and then coming back to grind out the CO runs.
