Please don't take this the wrong way, but you're disappointed with Starwood because it has taken a few days to post your correct points/stays? You must have very high standards. If you search the threads on this board you will see that this happens quite frequently. Calls and emails to *wood will oftentimes work itself out. There is a sticky at the top of the forum that provides the contact information for issues resolution.
As Kathy mentioned however; if you booked through a 3rd party then you will not receive the credits except for incidental expenditures.
