Unless you REALLY need those tier points, the VLM flights to City may be worth a look. Very impressive schedule these days and you'll probably save at least 2 hours per trip in terms of reduced travel time to and from the airport from Waterloo and the 10 minute check-in / zero security queue queue at LCY. I certainly wouldn't do that flight for the miles given how few you get.
