If it is HR2F, you will accrue mileage based on the H fare. It is essentially an H fare that comes with an automatic upgrade to F. These are on several routes to LAS and other leisure routes. You will not accrue EQM at 150% on H.
You will be ticketed using fare basis HR2F but from fare bucket F. Therefore, you will receive 150% EQM. I have many times on B, M and H fares like this.
