The only thing "Business Class" about JetStar is the FF points and SCs. The rest is equal to BA WT+. Coupled with the risk of an US aircraft where you are unlikely to be transferred to another carrier, I'd find any way to avoid JetStar if Business Class comfort and relaibility is what you need.
