I still don't have any problem loggin in, maybe 'cause my IP# is swiss. I was very eager to see the "Circle Benefits" section, but did not have access there... to bad. :-(

I like that statement from the description of the QF system:

For every member of the Qualiflyer programme, individual comments can be added. Comments are not printed on member’s Mileage Summary. The content of comments should never be communicated to the member; it is for internal use only. By reading through the comments of a member, we can learn a lot about the member’s "history". We can see when an address was changed, when the member was upgraded to Travelclub or eventually downgraded again, but we can also see from the comments, whether a member is an "easy" member or maybe a member, who is complaining all the time.
