What you are experiencing is a fairly common problem with aa.com if you do more than 5 segments and/ or fly two legs between the same airports in a relatively short time.
If you have called Advantage Customer Service a few times at its still wont post explain that this is your fourth phone call, tell them what the situation is ask them either to post the flight on a different day from that or your trip or as flight # 9999 and that will do it.

In situations like the above its MUCH better to speak directly to AA Customer Service than writing or the on-line claim thingy.
