I know exactly what you mean.....as I was recently on a 777 between JFK and ATL.

There is also a 763ER flying the same route.

There is another 777 currently scheduled to fly between ATL and LAX.....but occasionally they make a last minute substitution with a domestic 767.....so, this flight is more of a gamble.

Other than these 2 routes, I don't know of any other current DL routes that make use of international equipment.

FWIW, there was a time when a 763ER also flew regularly between ATL and CVG.......but no longer as that route is now home to 738s, MD88s and CRJs.
