my PS flights in row 9. I agree there's no shortage of cool air there, but I'm comfy because I usually bring my own b'ankie and bed pillow to supplement the fare UA offers. (Yes, I'm one of those.)
But I have to say that the noisy airpacks over row 8 had people seated there almost shouting at each other on 2 flights. I was in 9 and could hear the packs... and the pax.
